• Receive shares and loan payments.
• Record and issue transaction receipts
• Handle withdrawals.
• Handle deposits.
• Sell money orders and travelers checks to members.
• Handle mail transactions and mail receipts
• Receive checks for deposit, verify proper endorsement.
• Account for all monies.
• Handle miscellaneous cash transactions.
• Balance cash drawer and make settlement of day’s activities.
• Answer members’ inquiries or refer questions to appropriate department.
• Cross-sell credit union products and services.
• Maintain office stock supply.
• General typing, filing, computer input and other miscellaneous duties.
• Develop a working knowledge of the credit union’s data processing usage.
• Develop an understanding of credit union policies, by-laws, and operational procedures.
• May be responsible for additional duties to support Member Services.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by management.
• Flexibility to travel between branches and work Saturdays.
